Following a needs assessment to design a personalized session utilizing therapeutic & relaxation techniques, hot/cold therapies, preferred pressure, and aromatic properties. This is the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic. This massage helps to alleviate pain and tension while uplifting body and soul.
Therapeutic Massage

The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. The goal in therapeutic massage is to break down adhesions. Adhesions in the muscle are especially important to address because they cause pain, inflammation and limit motion of the muscles and joints. Using different techniques such as hot/cold treatments, cupping, stretching, and holding, this massage focuses on problem areas. This is area specific or injury focus only.
Relaxation Massage

Using a blend of Swedish and Thai massage techniques to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by holding, gentle stretching, rocking, and rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Relaxation massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension and stress from body and mind.
Prenatal Massage

A massage designed for our wonderful mothers-to-be. This special time requires careful and specialized care to address the areas of concern specific to expectant moms. Special oils and proper positioning help to make this prenatal massage a comfortable and blissful experience for our well deserving and special welcoming mothers-to-be.
Abdominal Massage

Abdominal Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive therapy aimed at improving digestion, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. This practice has roots in traditional medicine systems, including ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, where it is believed to help balance the body's energy flow as well as indigenous medicinal systems, where the spiritual and physical health are intertwined.

This hydrating body wrap experience exfoliates dull dry skin with a gentle dry brushing, followed by a massage utilizing warm moisturizing oils and scents to hydrate dry skin.
